All orders are shipped from Mindrate’s warehouse in Stockholm and delivered via PostNord Varubrev to the address you provide at checkout.

Varubrev shipments are normally delivered directly to your mailbox or mail slot.

If the shipment does not fit, it may — at PostNord’s discretion — be left outside your door or forwarded to the nearest service point for pickup.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mindrate.se.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos in the case of damage

We will assist you further and handle the matter in coordination with PostNord.

Unclaimed shipments or incorrect address details

The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address at the time of purchase.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the delivery, we reserve the right to charge for reshipping costs.

Delivery time

At this time, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
Delivery may be affected by factors such as postal handling, public holidays, high volumes, and PostNord’s internal procedures.
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for the delivery transfers to PostNord.

Shipping Cost

Any applicable shipping costs are always clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
